Leadership is not for the faint-hearted. As a leader, you are often pushed by circumstances to make unconventional decisions. You are catapulted into getting out of your comfort zone. Most people delight in their comfort zone. However, not so for leaders. Leaders should get used to ‘walking alone in the dark’. As they say, ‘eagles fly alone’.
