Many people take the wellness of their bodies and minds seriously, but when it comes to financial wellness, a few people seem to realize that there is need to take heed. Furthermore, it is expedient that all people realize that financial sickness or illness could easily lead to physical sickness, emotional sickness, relationship sickness, and mental sickness.
I would like to advise you to never take financial wellness for granted. All spending should be well-thought-out before it takes place. I am sure you usually think very well before you make money. Thus, you need to take time to think before spending. This helps you to avoid impulse buying.
December 2019 has arrived. Please, never spend money in December as if the festive season is the end of life. Do not be lost in the festive hype? Remember that in January, you will still need school fees, rent, mortgage payments, groceries, etc. Some expenditure needs to be delayed for two or more days to clear your head before the purchase is done. #financialwellness
